Our Story,

In April of 1990, Mike Madonna and his wife Elisabetta Madonna opened Casa Del Pane Italian Bakery. After man years of baking and managing some of Central New York's finest bakeries, Mike realized it was time to start his own scratch bakery.

Casa Del Pane is one of the very few bakeries that still bakes seven days a week and from scratch - never frozen. Mike caters to over twenty local restaurants and personally deals with them. All of our recipes are authentic and come from a long line of bakers.

Some of our specialties are ricotta cannolis, rum cakes, twenty different varieties of Italian cookies, fresh crusty Italian bread and rolls, and pizza dough cut fresh everyday.
